XS-S = 4-6 European Size

S-M = 7-8 European Size

M-L = 8-10 European Size

We accept returns in the event your item was incorrectly processed or flawed under the following conditions.  If the item is flawed, we will examine and notify you about your refund within 7-10 working days after receiving the product. Returning the product will be at your cost.  We reserve the right to withdraw any compensation in the event of a false claim.  If proven flawed you will receive a full refund including shipping.  Incorrectly processed items will need to be returned and will be replaced with the correct item or a full refund.

Please be aware colour can change due to computer screen setting variations. 

Shipping costs will be calculated in the Checkout for International shipping. 

 

New Zealand Flat Rate is $7.00 and Rural Shipping Flat Rate is $10.00.  Pick Ups  - Auckland only.  Once your order is completed you will receive a email with pick up days and hours available.

 

International Shipping - We use NZ Post Group.  International courier estimated delivery is 2-6 working days. Please note it is an estimate.  All items are tracked to their destination and a signature is collected upon successful delivery.  You will be given a tracking number and website address.  Goods are covered for loss or damage.  

 

Customs, Duties and Import Taxes - Additional charges that are incurred for local taxes, customs and/or duties once the item reaches your country are not included in the price shown in the cart section of this website.  They are the responsibility of the person taking delivery of the product.  Customs policies vary widely from country to country.  For information about customs policies that apply in your country please contact your local customs office.  Any additional charges for customs clearance, import duties or local taxes are to be worn by the customer.  We do not take any responsibility for these charges and have no control over what they may be.  Please note we are not able to reimburse any costs incurred in relation to these matters and do not accept any responsibility for delays in delivery as a result, regardless of the circumstances.
